West Huddleston is a Vice President of SCRAM Systems; the world’s leader in evidence-based hardware, software and app technologies for the justice system.
For 18 years, prior to joining SCRAM Systems, West served as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Association of Drug Court Professionals (2006-2015) and the first Deputy Director, and Director of NADCP’s National Drug Court Institute (1998-2006). As CEO, Mr. Huddleston also founded and served as the Executive Director of NADCP’s other divisions: The National Center for DWI Courts and Justice for Vets.
Prior to his work at NADCP, Mr. Huddleston worked for eight years as a board-licensed clinician in probation, community and institutional corrections, developing and providing offender-specific, in-custody and community-based supervision, case management and substance abuse treatment services. Mr. Huddleston has received numerous honors throughout his career, including the NADCP “2015 Judge Stanley Goldstein Hall of Fame Award”; the AATOD “2010 Friend of the Field Award”; the “2008 U.S. Congressional Horizon Award”, and the Johnson Institute “2008 America Honors Recovery Award”.
