Oliver Bowe is a Supply Chain Senior Leader recognized for his ability to build capacity, increase profitability and achieve breakthrough customer service performance. Oliver believes in the philosophy of Servant Leadership. He currently works at Campbell Soup Company as Senior Director, Logistics. He leads an organization of 700+ people across Customer Service, Warehousing and Transportation for the U.S. Snack’s business. Prior to joining Campbell’s, he was Director, Operations & Logistics at Eden Green Technologies, a pioneering start-up in hydroponic vertical farming. Oliver was Group Director, Logistics for Coca-Cola Refreshments leading Supply Planning, Transportation and Facility-level Procurement for US Operations. Oliver’s mid and early career progression included several Supply Chain and Sales Leadership roles with Berry Plastics (Supply Chain Director, West Region Sales Director and Customer Service Director), an entrepreneurial manufacturing start-up with Worldwide Label & Packaging as VP Operations and two growth roles at Johnson Bryce Packaging (Director Business Development and Director Operations). Oliver began his career at Procter & Gamble working in Plant and Corporate roles as Production Supervisor, Industrial Engineer and Capital Project Manager. Oliver has a BS Electrical Engineering Degree from Prairie View A&M University and Green Belt Certification in Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma. Oliver and his wife Libby have 2 adult sons; Oliver and Avery. Oliver has a passion for mentoring and community service. He has served on the Board of Directors for several non-profits, most recently Finance and Operations Committee Chairman for Crossroads Community Services; a Dallas based non-profit helping to nourish the community’s low-income families by providing nutritious food and supportive education.
